Our company wants to ensure the satisfaction of all its customers. If you wish to change or return a product you have not used, you may return it within 14 days.
Refunds may be made upon receipt of the product.
For shipment of the product you will need to have the tracking number so that we can contact the courier in case of loss or damage of the product. In the event of loss or damage during the shipment of the product you have given a change of return, our company is not responsible.

Our company does not accept a refund. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If our company is responsible for the wrong order, the customer will not be charged the cost of shipping costs. Onar is not responsible for damaged or lost shipment parcels so you should always keep tracking number. Once we receive the parcel, we will credit you within 5-7 business days.
Items you have received as a gift can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.

Onar will repair at any cost any defective products resulting from a production error.
